The seminar is framed around the risk management cycle, illustrating how prevention, preparedness, response and recovery are interconnected. The seminar provides students with an overview of the organization, principles and practical functioning of the integrated Civil Protection system, driven by real-world examples and operational experiences, highlighting lessons learned, critical challenges and good practices that strengthen future risk management and emergency response capacities.
