Mentor&Me è il programma di mentoring dell'Università di Padova che offre la possibilità a studenti, laureati e dottori di ricerca di essere affiancati da un professionista del mondo del lavoro. Il mentor è un manager o un esperto che mette a disposizione del mentee la sua professionalità, per approfondire i percorsi di carriera o le competenze oggi richieste dal mercato, fornendo quindi supporto ed orientamento nelle scelte professionali o nella costruzione della propria carriera.
Il percorso ha una durata di 6 mesi e prevede almeno 6 incontri online con il mentor assegnato e alcune sessioni di gruppo a cura del Career service, su tematiche legate all'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro.
La 4^ Edizione inizia a giugno 2021 e si conclude a dicembre 2021.
In qualità di mentee può partecipare: chi è iscritto ad un corso di laurea triennale, magistrale o di dottorato, chi è iscritto ad un master o chi ha conseguito il titolo di studio da massimo 12 mesi.

Mentor & Me Program 4th edition - Call
Mentor & Me is the mentoring program of the University of Padua that gives students, graduates and PhDs the opportunity to be supported by a professional from the world of work. Mentor is a manager or a sector expert who makes his/her expertise available to support and guide mentee in professional choices exploring career paths or skills currently required by the job market.
The mentoring path lasts 6 months and consists of at least 6 online individual meetings mentor/mentee and some group sessions about entering the job market related topics organized by the Career Service and held in Italian.
4th Edition starts in June 2021 and ends in December 2021.
You can join as a mentee if you are enrolled in a Bachelor, Master study course, PhD or professional master programme, or if you graduated in the last 12 months.
