The call for admission to the XL series of the Ph.D. Course in Geosciences for the academic year 2024/2025 is now open. There are 14 scholarships available at the Department of Geoscience, namely:

• 7 free-topic scholarships funded by the University of Padua, one of which is reserved for foreign students;
• 7 topic-restricted fellowships funded by the Department of Geosciences (3 fellowships with funds Budget MUR Departments of Excellence 2023-2027 - Project "The Geosciences for Sustainable Development" and 1 fellowship with funds from EU INHERIT Project "Diamonds as the key to unravel the origin of Earth's" - Call ERC-2021-STG), 1 fellowship from National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), 1 fellowship from Smart PhD 2024 - CARIPARO Foundation (Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo), Intesa Sanpaolo S.P.A., UniSMART co-financed with RiskAPP S.r.l. and 1 fellowship by Geoside Geophysics S.r.l.
